When I lost my dad to cancer, just a few months before I was set to be wed, I felt lost and alone. For comfort, I turned to the photos and videos I had in order to feel closer to him.
Because it wasn't just about how his hair swept in the wind, or the glint in his eye when the sun was too sharp. He was there with me forever in the memories I had frozen in time.
I was always raised with the mindset to cherish the short time we have with the ones we love the most because they are not immortal.
For over 15 years in the industry, I’ve made it my mission to immortalize the people we love in the photos and videos I record. The finite laughter, hugs, tears, and copious abundance of love that can never die on film. Because those are what gives us comfort knowing that the people we love and lose will remain alive forever in the photos we take and the films we record.
